A perfect plan for a rear view lot with slope, this plan has all the main living areas and the bedrooms at the rear for maximum view potential. The modestly covered central entryway leads you into the home where a sunken foyer is open to the living room. The nine foot ceiling height, a starting point for the spectacular vaulted ceiling adds a very grand effect for the first impression of this home. A centered gas fireplace flanked by windows will add extra appeal to this formal living room. Down a partial flight of stairs, the openness of the combined rooms is viewed immediately. To the left is the formal dining area where lots of natural light highlights this room and your buffet by the special window configuration (see side of rendering). The large family room, bayed breakfast area and generous kitchen are all open and face the rear view.
