Access to the home from the rear double garage is through the groundfloor laundry room. From the front covered entry, a curved staircase leads to the main floor.

The front-view living room has a sloping ceiling, raised panel windows and a gas fireplace, which combine to present a dramatic room as an ideal backdrop for entertaining.

The dining area, with its corner window feature, is open to the living room with the possibility for expansion either way, if desired.

The kitchen's work island with rangetop, dual sinks with a window outlook and ample cupboard space are sure to meet with the approval of the cooks in the family.

The adjoining breakfast area is open and bright with a large window and a garden door to the rear deck.
